Options made to order that catered to all tastes. The hosts, Paul and Amy, provided a warm welcome and personalized service. The location was convenient for exploring Galway, just a short walk to major attractions.

The hotel had a central setting close to town center. Our well-equipped and brand-new room had central heating, flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel was located not far from Eyre Square and the Latin Quarter, and the train station. We were in a marvellous location a 10-15 minute walk from a local authority museum. The room was reasonably large and airy with a big modern bathroom, the tea, very good breakfast, loved our time there.

Facilities were quite comfortable, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Had an awesome stay at Petra House! Paul and Amy. Breakfast blew our minds-everything was freshly cooked! Just a tad noisy from the racetrack nearby, but totally worth it!

I was welcomed with a delicious piece of homemade cake upon check-in! The Queen Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was a highlight, with an amazing spread of fresh items cooked to perfection by the hosts.

Great choice for trip. Good location, amazing breakfast with a wide range of food. Large rooms with the tea and very good breakfast and a recently renovated bathroom, really really nice stay!

Oh, the breakfast at Petra House was out of this world! Made-to-order pancakes from Amy had me feeling like royalty. The homemade cake upon arrival just nailed it for a sweet welcome! Plus, the high-speed broadband was fantastic for planning my culinary adventures around Galway.

Parking was a bit of a puzzle-tight and tricky, especially when I had to wait for others to shuffle out.

I didn't want to say goodbye and will be back. It was fairly clean, everyone was exceptionally nice and amiable. I truly enjoyed to sit in the dining room.

The breakfast provided a wonderful selection that catered to all tastes and was freshly cooked. The Family Room felt a bit tight was nice. While the beds werevery comfy and tidy, the hot water in the shower could be improved for a better experience.

Lovely stay! Room was cozy with plenty of comfy pillows. Amy and Paul greeted me with tea and treats upon arrival, good. Perfect location for solo exploration, at a reasonable price.

Bathroom could use a scrub-I'm convinced it was auditioning for a horror movie! Finding other guests' crumbs on the carpet was like a scavenger hunt I didn't sign up for.

The room sizes could use some expansion, and the noise from the nearby racecourse might detract from the peaceful experience!!! Parking fees on the street are not ideal for budget travelers who wish to save money!!!
